Everything you need to know about our doorstep process, diagnostics, and warranty.

Call Honest IT or schedule online. At your selected arrival window, our technician comes directly to your home. We inspect your computer, note any included chargers, and hand you an official signed Mobile Service Work Order. After repairs are finished and benchmark tested in our lab, Honest IT returns it right to your front door ready to plug in.

Our comprehensive bench diagnostic fee is $45. When we determine the exact issue and you approve the flat-rate repair labor, the entire $45 fee is credited 100% toward that repair! You only pay diagnostic fees if you decide not to proceed with the repair.

We believe in Honest IT. If a computer is 12 years old and the cost of parts exceeds the value of the machine, we will advise you honestly. We can safely transfer your family photos and documents to a modern refurbished PC or external backup drive.

All repairs and certified refurbished systems include a 30-day warranty. If the exact repair symptom recurs within 30 days, we pick the machine back up, correct the issue, and return it at zero additional labor cost.

Privacy is our highest priority. We never browse personal files, photos, or documents. All work is conducted directly by owner Ethan Koon in our secure local lab. Hard drives undergoing data recovery or migration are kept on encrypted, isolated test benches.
